This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Nexrion OÜ (“Nexrion”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles requests for refunds related to the use of our software-as-a-service (“Service”).

Nexrion OÜ is a company registered in Estonia under registration number 17360949, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Kesklinna linnaosa, Viru väljak 2, Tallinn 10111, Estonia.


1. General Policy

All purchases and subscription fees for Nexrion’s Service are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

By subscribing to or using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that due to the digital nature of our product, once access is granted, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.


2. Subscription Renewals

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • No Refunds for Renewals: If your subscription renews automatically, you are not eligible for a refund for the renewed term.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.


3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider issuing a partial or full refund in the following limited situations:

  1. Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

  2. Accidental upgrade or plan change: If an incorrect plan was purchased and no service has been used.

  3. Technical issue preventing use: If our Service is unavailable for an extended period (beyond 5 consecutive business days) due to a verified fault on our side, and our support team fails to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

  4. Legal requirement: Where applicable laws mandate a refund (e.g., under EU consumer protection rules).

Refunds under these circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@nexrion.ee within 7 days of the transaction date.
Please include the following details:

  • Your full name and account email

  • Invoice or payment reference number

  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.


5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being billed, you must cancel your subscription before the trial expires.

Payments made for discounted or promotional plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the offer’s specific terms.


6. Third-Party Payments

If you purchased or subscribed to Nexrion’s Service through a third-party platform (such as an app marketplace or reseller), the refund process is subject to that third party’s own policies. Nexrion cannot process refunds for payments made outside our billing system.


7. Service Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
